Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Noevira handles information in the Noevira mobile app, website, and related services. Noevira is operated by the developer identified on the App Store or Google Play listing for the app.
Summary
Noevira is a focus, soundscape, breathing, planning, and wellness app. The app stores much of your experience on your device and may use limited analytics, diagnostics, and subscription services to operate and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use Noevira, we may process the following categories of information:
- Profile and personalization details you choose to provide, such as your name, goals, preferences, onboarding answers, focus patterns, and wellness-plan settings.
- App activity and product interaction data, such as selected soundscapes, ambient layers, completed sessions, focus minutes, breathing exercises, calendar blocks, settings changes, streaks, and paywall interactions.
- Subscription and entitlement information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, renewal status, active entitlements, restore-purchase status, and related store metadata.
- Device, diagnostics, and performance information, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, memory warnings, error logs, and similar technical data.
- Notification preferences and permission status, such as whether reminders are enabled and which reminder settings you selected.
- Website request data processed by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser metadata, pages requested, timestamps, and security logs.
Information stored on your device
Noevira stores app settings, onboarding answers, soundscape preferences, planning entries, session statistics, streaks, and other app state on your device so the app works between sessions. Deleting the app from your device generally removes this local app data from that device, although app-store subscription records and third-party service records may remain as described below.
Analytics and diagnostics
Noevira may use analytics and diagnostics to understand product usage, improve onboarding, measure feature performance, troubleshoot issues, and detect crashes. Analytics events may include app screens viewed, onboarding steps, soundscape sessions, exercises, calendar actions, settings changes, subscription events, notification interactions, and similar product interaction data.
Soundscape and wellness personalization
Noevira uses your preferences, onboarding answers, settings, and app activity to personalize soundscapes, ambient layers, breathing exercises, planning tools, and wellness plans. Noevira is a wellbeing and productivity product, not a medical service, and this personalization is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Payments and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat. Noevira does not store your full payment card details. We may receive subscription and entitlement information so paid features can be unlocked, restored, renewed, or cancelled according to the applicable app-store rules.
Third-party service providers
Noevira may use service providers that process information for us, including:
- PostHog for product analytics.
- Sentry for crash reporting and diagnostics.
- RevenueCat for subscriptions and purchase entitlements.
- Apple and Google for app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and store services.
- Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and delivery.
These providers may process information in the United States, European Economic Area, or other regions where they or their subprocessors operate. We use them to provide, secure, analyze, and improve Noevira, not to sell your information.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide app features, soundscapes, planning tools, breathing exercises, reminders, and wellness plans.
- Personalize recommendations and remember your preferences.
- Maintain subscriptions, paid access, and purchase restoration.
- Measure app performance, debug issues, and improve product quality.
- Protect the app, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Respond to privacy, support, or account-related requests.
Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on different legal bases depending on the activity: performance of a contract to provide the app and subscriptions; legitimate interests to secure, debug, and improve Noevira; consent where required for optional permissions, notifications, or analytics choices; and legal obligations where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.
Sharing, sale, and advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Noevira, with app stores and payment processors for purchases and subscriptions, if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets where permitted by law.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Local app data is generally kept on your device until you delete it, reset it, or uninstall the app. Subscription and transaction records may be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and us as needed for purchase restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Analytics and diagnostics data are retained according to our service-provider settings and business needs.
Account deletion and data requests
Noevira does not currently require you to create a Noevira app account. If Noevira later adds account creation, we will provide a way to request deletion of your account and associated account data both inside the app and through a web-accessible request path.
You may still request help with privacy, access, correction, deletion, or subscription-related data by using the contact method listed in the Noevira App Store or Google Play listing, or any request form or contact method that is later added inside the app. Deleting app data or requesting deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; you must manage or cancel subscriptions through the relevant store account.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal information is used and shared. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
Noevira is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Noevira, use the contact method in the app store listing so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Noevira changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
